WEBDESIGNWORKS Web Services Contract (Specimen Only) This contract shall be between WEBDESIGNWORKS.CO.UK (herafter ‘the company) and the following named Client (hereafter ‘the client’). ………………………………………………………………………………………………….. For services including web design/hosting/domain registration/content management and updating. WEBDESIGNWORKS.CO.UK agrees with the above named client to provide the following services: 1. To provide the web design/hosting/maintenance/domain name services itemised in the accompanying specification. 2. To ensure that timescale and delivery for this work is commensurate with the specification schedule. 3. Where applicable, to provide hosting/maintenance/domain registration services for the duration of one calendar year from the date of signing the contract, or from the date the site goes live. 4. To ensure email and telephone support is available to the client during office hours, (Monday – Friday). 5. Provide a named person who will be responsible for communication between the company and the client. 6. Hold an initial meeting with the client to establish design parameters, timescale, costings, contact arrangements, and to hold subsequent meetings where and when necessary, as deemed by the company in agreement with the client. Not covered by the contract: 1. Any additional pages, sections or areas of the website or downloads not contained in the original specification. 2. Any alteration to the structure, formatting or design of the site after initial completion, except where this work had ben phased on an agreed timetable. 3. Any new features not contained in the original design or specification, ie. on-line purchase, database support etc, except where this is part of an agreed phased devlopment. |
